This is a no-smoking home.
We can only take cash or cheques.
On the day of your departure, please leave by 10am and return your keys.
Feel free to use the garden and paddock, but make sure to close all gates. Do not feed the alpacas. Our alpacas are normally gentle creatures and they are very happy to greet people, but they can kick if alarmed, so children must be supervised.
We have books and maps of the area you can borrow, and supplies of leaflets on local attractions.
The landing is for your use: the refrigerator contains milk and squash or home-made lemonade. The lemonade contains the juice of lemons and oranges, sugar, citric/tartaric acid (and nothing else other than water).
There is plenty of hot water, but you may have to wait a few moments before it reaches you. Television reception in the area is sometimes poor on some channels : sorry!
We normally tidy your room daily: tell us if you want us to leave it. Spare clean pillows and blankets are in polythene bags in the wardrobe. Please read our access statement.
If you need to contact us and we are not available, call the mobile: 079790172254.
If you need to contact us during the night, knock on the door at the end of the landing. If you need anything: ask - we will do our best to help.
You are invited to use a wash line in the garden if you want, free of charge. A steam iron is available on request, also free of charge.
Ask if you would like us to do some washing for you. We will use a washing machine and normally return it to you dried. The charge will be £5.00 per machine load.
